Do I have to give them my password?

What does “handles everything” really mean?
If it lives inside your GoHighLevel account, it’s in scope: setup, workflows, funnels, calendars, campaigns, AI, payments, reporting and fixes. Custom code, websites on other platforms, SEO and running paid ads are quoted separately.
Which plan do I need?
If GoHighLevel takes up to about 20 hours a week, part-time covers it. If GoHighLevel runs your sales, you have several locations, or you want big builds alongside the day-to-day, go full-time. You can change plans month to month.
What hours do they work?
Monday to Friday, during business hours in your time zone. Part-time is up to 20 hours a week and full-time is 40. Need early, late or weekend cover? Tell us on the call.
What if my VA is sick or on holiday?
Everything your VA does is written down in your account notes, so a backup VA steps in without starting from scratch.
Someone else set up my account, or it runs under another brand. Can you still help?
Yes. If it runs on GoHighLevel, under its own name or another, your VA can work in it. The first thing they do is map what’s already there.
